Structuring additives

Through its renowned range of structuring additives CRAYVALLAC®, French company Arkema offers micronised amide wax rheology modifiers and micronised amide-modified hydrogenated castor oil rheology modifiers for sealants and adhesives : Hybrid, Epoxy 2K, PU 2K and acrylates. The main properties of the CRAYVALLAC® range for sealants and adhesives are anti-settling, viscosity stability, excellent sealant structure, slump resistance, ease of application and extrusion control.

Depending on the application, different grades are available:

For hybrid sealants,

CRAYVALLAC® SL, micronised amide wax rheology modifier,
CRAYVALLAC® SLT, micronised amide wax rheology modifier, low activation temperature
CRAYVALLAC® SLW, micronised amide wax rheology modifier, high tackifying power.

For 2K Epoxy sealants:

CRAYVALLAC® SLT and SLX, micronised amide wax
CRAYVALLAC® MT, micronised amide-modified hydrogenated castor oil rheology modifier,

For 2K PU sealants:
