Aluminium pigments

Scottish company Metaflake offers a range of aluminium pigments in pellet and paste forms. Solvent-free and odourless, they come in different particle sizes, from the finest ones with a high opacity smooth effect to the largest ones with a strong sparkle effect.

Pellex: aluminium in pellet form, in a PE wax carrier. Easy to disperse, dust-free, food contact compliant. Wide choice of particle sizes,
Pellex – Chrome: exceptional reflective metallic effect, easy to use, in pellet form, dust-free,
Meta-Brite: aluminium pastes available in different environments : ESBO (Epoxy Soya Bean Oil), medicinal grade white mineral oil, rosin ester. Other carriers can be used according to your needs.
EKO-FLEX: natural, renewable pigments for a stone/marble effect (by-product). Available in powder form or on a PE resin base. Different sizes are available : from 280 to 500 microns.
